Approach
- Build the operational screens first (lists, status, charts)
- Keep data synthetic by design
- Treat security/RLS experiments as first-class, not afterthoughts
Outcome
Next.js demo codebase in RentFlow. Not a live landlord product. Public URL TBC. Portfolio media is a studio diagram, not a client screenshot.
