Context
Radius Watch is a practical alerts shell: watch a radius, expose health/alerts endpoints, and keep a thin front-end/service-worker presence. It is ops tooling — closer to a field instrument than a 3D product viewer.

- Keep the UI thin; the value is the signal path
Outcome
Repo-ready watcher with Netlify function redirects. Public branded URL remains TBC. Studio SVG marks the system for the Work index.
