PMBot turns team chat into tracked work: morning briefs, midday blocker scans, EOD reminders, weekly summaries, and escalation alerts — wired toward Odoo helpdesk and WhatsApp/Evolution bridges.
Approach
- Prefer scheduled digests over noisy always-on bots
- Keep LLM calls configurable (OpenRouter / local Hermes options appear in docs)
- Bridge chat events into Odoo tasks instead of letting them die in the group
Outcome
Documented bot + n8n workflow pack in PMbot. Public product URL TBC. Studio diagram summarises the chat → task loop.
