Context
OptiFlow is where process friction gets modelled: Odoo as the business substrate, n8n for automation edges, and a small Preact lab on this site so visitors can feel bottleneck thinking without standing up the full stack.
Approach
- Compose Odoo + Postgres + n8n for local/ops experiments
- Keep a public lab thin and budgeted (JS budget disclosed on the lab page)
- Prefer honest simulation language over fake KPI dashboards
Outcome
Docker-oriented Optiflow repo plus interactive lab on /studio. Public SaaS URL TBC.
